Holiday begins!

This year holiday I'm going to the mountain! (I'm gonna suck all that mountain air) Attend parties! and do things that i didn't manage to do on the school days! So YIPIE-KA-YAY to freedom! (I'm quoting Alan Rickman not Bruce Willis) *sniggers*

Well, for visiting mountain... some of my friends reject to join the party because they said the H5O1 virus AKA the Bird flu have started to spread in Brastagi (the mountain i'm going to go). A bit worried the first time i heard it but isn't there an old saying said that to live a life is to take a risk in life? or something sounds similar to that (in this case; to be infected by the bird flu) So i pack my bag and prepare for the bird flu journey which won't due till the 14th of June.
Good friend of mine since elementary school (which preparing the accomodation to the mountain) adding relieve to my heart last night when she said that the bird flu haven't arrived to Brastagi but the town 15 km from it! (-_-) Actually, i don't quite see the difference :( But Well, haven't arrive mean we perhaps got 25% or 50 % chances to be infected by the bird flu, right?
Overall, it's better than a complete possibility of being infected, isn't it?
Or maybe... I'm just too naive or... too positive in this case :)

Huhuhu, I have an old dream to visit North Sumatra and Nias. But haven't make it come true, so far. Next holiday, perhaps. :-D

Well, just prepare yourself with enough vitamins, then 90% you'd be okay. ;-)

Hi Marlina,

I often wonder how much of these predictions of things like bird flu are exaggerated. I'm not sure, but I bet you will be fine. Enjoy yourself on your trip - it sounds nice. Hopefully you can take an IPod or other mp3 player or DVD player with some AR goodies to keep you company -- or maybe some books!
